Here at Swann Law, I offer comprehensive advocacy and legal support to empower parents and their child with disabilities. My services encompass everything a non-attorney special advocate does, but with the added benefit of legal training.
Despite my legal background, I’m committed to offering our advocacy services at prices that are competitive, if not lower, than those of non-attorney advocates. I recognize that parents are often pitted against school districts with significant resources, and I strive to level the playing field by providing affordable and accessible support.
I understand that many parents find themselves thrust into the world of special education without adequate knowledge or support. It can be overwhelming to navigate meetings with school and district staff alone, knowing that your child’s educational future hangs in the balance. This imbalance of power is fundamentally unfair, and it’s why I’m passionate about what I do. At Swann Law, I’m here to stand by your side, ensuring that your child receives the education and support he/she deserves.

Meet Lila Swann, Attorney
Growing up with an aunt who has Down Syndrome, I’ve witnessed firsthand the challenges individuals with disabilities face. Inspired by my family’s legacy of advocacy, dating back to the 1960s, I’m deeply passionate about championing the rights of students with special needs.
