You Can Ask for Help Without Becoming Someone You’re Not

Wanting your medical treatment, lost income, and injuries taken seriously does not make you greedy.

If another driver caused the wreck, you were genuinely injured, and the accident has affected your work or everyday life, it is reasonable to ask whether an attorney can help.

Not every car accident claim needs an attorney. I will give you a straight answer about whether yours does.

Let's Answer the Questions You're Actually Asking Yourself

Is my situation even the kind you handle?

Possibly. I evaluate car accident claims involving an actual injury, appropriate medical treatment, clear or supportable liability, and a meaningful effect on work or everyday life. The accident could have been a rear-end collision, someone running a red light, a distracted driver texting or talking on the phone. Your case doesn’t have to be dramatic to be worth a conversation. If you’re not sure, contact me and we’ll have a relaxed conversation about what happened.

Am I injured enough to need an attorney?

Maybe. If you went to the ER, saw a doctor, and/or you’re in chiropractic care or physical therapy, it’s worth having a conversation about whether I may be able to represent you. If you were sore for a day or two and have not sought treatment, your situation may not be something I can help you with.

Do I really need an attorney for my car accident?

Not always. If no one was injured, the issue is only property damage, or the injuries resolved quickly without medical treatment, you may not need a personal injury attorney.

But if you were genuinely injured, are receiving appropriate medical treatment, have lost income, or the wreck has meaningfully affected your work and daily life, it may be worth getting an honest evaluation before handling the claim alone.

If I do not believe hiring me is likely to leave you in a better position, I will tell you.

Is this going to cost me money that I don't have?

No. My attorney’s fee is 25% of the recovery. You do not pay an attorney’s fee upfront, and I only receive an attorney’s fee if I recover money for you. Any case expenses, medical bills, liens, or reimbursement claims are addressed separately and will be explained before you decide whether to accept a settlement.

Will this drag on forever?

It depends on your case. Unfortunately, I can’t give you a set timeline, but I can tell you I work efficiently to keep your case moving forward. I understand you want to put the accident behind you. The length of time a case takes depends on factors like how long medical treatment takes to finish, how the insurance company responds, and whether a fair settlement can be reached without having to file a lawsuit. What I can also tell you is that you won’t be left wondering where your case stands. You will receive an update from me at least once a month, even when the update is simply that we are still waiting on treatment, records, or an insurance response. You will know what stage your case is in and what happens next.

What Happens When You Contact Me

You reach out – either by text or phone, whichever is more comfortable for you.

We’ll talk. During our call, you tell me what happened, and I’ll ask some questions to understand your situation. There’s no pressure and no charge for this conversation.

If I think I can help you and you want to hire me, I’ll send over an engagement letter and questionnaire.  You will need to sign the engagement letter and complete the questionnaire, both of which can be done on your phone or computer. If you are not comfortable completing the questionnaire online, we can complete it together during a virtual meeting or call. My goal is to make working with me as easy as possible for you.

From there, I get to work for you: gathering the evidence, dealing with the insurance company, and building your case, so you can focus on getting better.

You’ll be talking directly with me the whole way through – not a call center, not a case manager.

No pressure. No gimmicks. No passing you off to a case manager.

Just me, giving you a straight answer about your situation.
